Qualifications

• Wind technician certification or wind turbine experience or mechanical/electrical background.
• Problem-solving abilities and safety-conscious attitude.
• Team player who works well in collaborative environments.
• Physically fit with ability to work at heights.
• English reading/writing ability and US work authorization.
• High school diploma or equivalent with driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair wind turbines with the team.
• Adhere to safety protocols and perform safety inspections.
• Collaborate with the team to improve turbine performance.
• Document work and track duration, progress, and efficiency.
• Time-code all activities to support clear tracking of task duration.
