Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Wind Technician for our Seymour, TX wind farm to maintain and repair turbines with the team. You’ll follow safety protocols, document work, and help improve performance while supporting efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on mechanical/electrical skills, the Wind Technician Certificate or equivalent experience, and the ability to work at heights. Strong teamwork, English fluency, and a valid US driver’s license are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Highly developed problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
• Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.
• Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments.
• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions, and at heights.
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• High school diploma and valid driver’s license; US work authorization.
