Jobtailor is seeking a Wind Technician to ensure wind turbine operation, perform maintenance and repairs, and work closely with a team to optimize performance. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaborative problem solving while contributing to reliable community power.

The candidate should have a Wind Technician Certificate or relevant mechanical/electrical experience, be physically fit, and able to work at heights in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months with a Wind Technician certificate, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
• Safety-conscious and committed to best practices.
• Able to work well with others and enjoy collaborative environments.
• Physically fit and able to work in varying conditions and at heights.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.
• High school diploma/equivalent, valid driver’s license, and US work authorization without sponsorship.
