Job summary

EDF Power Solutions North America is hiring Renewable Energy Technicians for an onsite role at our Wyoming, IL site. You will perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on renewable energy generators, with opportunities to lead junior techs and advance within the team.

The position includes mandatory four-week training at the start, travel and lodging provided, and a pay range of $22.69 to $47.74 per hour with starting pay between $25.00 and $32.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy field or related industry.
• Ability to read schematics and use electrical measurement tools.
• Familiarity with safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Willingness to complete required training and obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform field maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on renewable energy generators.
• Lead teams on routine tasks and assist with complex troubleshooting as needed.
• Install, commission, and evaluate system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain logs, work orders, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Participate in on-call rotation and adhere to safety protocols.
