Job summary

Acuren Wind is seeking an Operations Field Specialist to support client sites in wind energy projects. The role focuses on field operations, safety leadership, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within a collaborative team environment.

Working 6 weeks on and 1 week off (optional), with travel and accommodations provided. Start date in November 2026; extensive site access and rapid response are required to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Wind/renewables or related construction experience (3+ years).
• College diploma or higher in Business or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define site safety practices and champion an incident-free culture.
• Monitor project schedule and manage costs with Contracts to back charge overruns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, subcontractors, and internal partners.
• Assist with auditing installation progress and drive improvements.
• Prepare documentation for CM and PM and report quality issues.
• Update site data in information systems and report milestones.
• Inspect construction work to ensure plans meet specs and maintain high standards.
