Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a student intern to develop, implement, and evaluate technical training programs for North America field teams performing major component upgrades and blade repair.

You will collaborate with operations leaders and subject matter experts to translate field requirements into practical training, participate in onboarding, and support evaluations and qualification tracking across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Eligible majors include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical fields.
• Ability to evaluate technical skills and provide practical coaching.
• Willingness and ability to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training content and qualification materials for field teams.
• Coordinate training rollouts for new processes, tools, and repair methods.
• Lead evaluations of field personnel and maintain qualification criteria.
• Partner with operations leaders and SMEs to reflect current methods and needs.
