Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a current university student to join the Major Correctives Training Team in North America. You will help develop, implement, and evaluate technical training programs and field capability initiatives for technicians performing major component upgrades and blade repair.

This internship requires enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree and the ability to travel to field sites across North America.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited university.
• Eligible majors include Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Willingness and ability to travel to field sites across North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical training content and qualification materials for field teams.
• Coordinate training rollouts for new processes, tools, and quality requirements.
• Lead evaluations of technical capability and maintain evaluation criteria for blade repair skill sets.
