Qualifications

• Five years of combined industry experience in power generation or heavy industrial facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical skills to evaluate business challenges.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage Beaver Creek Wind Farm operations, maintenance, personnel, and business relationships.
• Oversee wind farm safety and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as landowner contact and liaison.
• Lead community and local business engagement and outreach.
• Coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews and hire plant staff.
• Develop, schedule, and implement maintenance and strategic work plans.
• Prepare production, safety, hazard, compliance, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with other PSE departments and regulatory agencies.
