Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee all administrative duties for a wind-energy generation site. You will manage reporting on energy deliveries and plant performance, process invoices and agreements, and support the site team across Engineering, Accounting, and Legal.

Two on-site locations available: Headwaters Wind Farm in Winchester, IN, or Timber Road Wind Farm in Payne, OH. The role requires 5+ years in a technical field, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a technical industry.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, SAP, and Concur.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Understanding of Microsoft products and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtime.
• Process invoices, service agreements, and other documents.
• Process facility expenses.
• Interface with site contractors.
• Perform regulatory filings with public agencies.
• Assist with safety and site-specific regulations and agreements.
• Manage documentation of agreements, permits, handbooks, procedures, and project-related files.
• Support Operations team with administrative tasks.
