Job summary

EDP Renewables is seeking an Operations Administrator to oversee all administrative duties for a wind energy generation site. The role supports site operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance across two on-site locations.

Two site options: Headwaters Wind Farm, Winchester, IN, or Timber Road Wind Farm, Payne, OH. 5+ years in a technical field and proficiency with SAP, Concur, and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years in a technical industry.
• Proficient with SAP, Concur, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodic reporting of energy deliveries, plant performance, and downtime.
• Process invoices, service agreements, and other documents.
• Support facility budgeting and administrative tasks for the Operations team.
• Interface with site contractors and on-site staff.
• Assist with regulatory filings and safety/compliance requirements.
• Organize and maintain project documentation.
