EthosEnergy O&M is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Technician - Wind for the Mehoopany Wind Farm in Forkston, PA. The role focuses on on-site operations and maintenance of wind turbine systems and Balance of Plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ wind facility experience, basic hydraulic knowledge, and strong communication skills. You will work with a team to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and stay compliant

Competenze

1–3 years’ experience maintaining a wind facility.
Experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance.
Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Analytical and quantitative data interpretation.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

Perform on-site operations, maintenance, repair and inspection of wind turbine systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems in wind turbines.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance for optimal turbine performance.
Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed on site.
Coordinate with site managers and project teams to report progress.
Support continuous improvement of O&M processes and training.
