EthosEnergy O&M is recruiting an Operations and Maintenance Technician - Wind for its Flat Ridge Wind farms located in Zenda, KS. The technician will perform on-site operations, maintenance, repair, and inspection of wind turbine systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

The role requires 1-3 years’ experience maintaining wind facilities, ability to travel within North America, and a strong focus on preventive maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years’ experience maintaining a wind facility.
• Ability to travel within North America.
• Experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance.
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on testing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site operations, maintenance, repair, and inspection of wind turbine systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in turbines.
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance for optimal performance.
• Ensure safety compliance during onshore and offshore work.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with site managers to report progress and updates.
