Job summary

Pattern Energy Group LP is seeking a seasoned professional to provide commercial, financial, and project management services for its wind farms and transmission assets. You will manage project profitability, contract administration, and regulatory compliance across North America.

The role requires strong communication, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering value in a dynamic energy market context.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Ability to read, understand and implement legal contracts.
• Understanding of power market operations inside and outside organized markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive commercial awareness of projects and drive asset performance.
• Understand project P&L statements, budgets and variances; clearly communicate drivers.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigations to protect value.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance or risk profile and execute on them.
• Provide contract management for key commercial contracts (PPA, Interconnection) and interface with stakeholders.
• Support reporting activities including Executive Management reviews, monthly project reports, quarterly revolver reports, and other reporting.
