Job summary

Pattern Energy is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee asset-level project financing administration for a regional portfolio. This founding role will shape the new regional financial organization and drive operational excellence across Pattern’s fleet.

You will own financing administration, manage counterparty relationships, support closing of transactions, monitor performance, and provide analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years relevant work experience in finance, energy, or asset management.
• Exceptional analytical skills and understanding of financial administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and compliance of asset-level project financing agreements.
• Coordinate internal and external financing counterparty relationships.
• Monitor and report asset financial performance and cash forecasts.
• Support successful closing of project financing transactions.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to optimize portfolio value.
