Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an undergrad or graduate degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to host and facilitate virtual meetings and manage action-item tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentation development).

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Strategy & Execution Plan & Schedule: Create and manage maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Predictive Maintenance: Use data-driven strategies to address issues.
• Documentation: Maintain records, track site tasks, and standardize processes.
• Vendor & Contractor Management Staffing: Partner with contractors to ensure staffing levels.
• Performance: Hold partners accountable for quality, safety, and targets.
• Safety Culture: Foster a strong safety environment across third-party teams.
• Compliance & Reporting Standards: Ensure work meets policies and standards.
• Reporting: Update senior management on KPIs and operations.
