The role requires friendly, helpful service to VIP customers and accurate handling of thousands of parts orders while ensuring safety and efficiency on the warehouse floor. You will collaborate with parts counter staff to expedite orders, communicate back-order status, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license is required; CDL preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk all day.
• Experience with forklift operation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, expeditious customer service to VIP customers.
• Safely ship and receive parts orders with accuracy.
• Communicate back order status to customers; keep them informed.
• Collaborate with parts counter staff to expedite orders.
• Follow all safety policies in a safe working manner.
