Harnish Group Inc. in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Warehouse position to serve as the main interface with our valuable customers. You will handle parts orders, ship and receive items safely, and maintain accuracy to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, forklift use, and the stamina to stand all day in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are preferred, with CDL a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Operate forklift and handle parts safely.
• Physically demanding role: standing, walking, and picking for 8 hours.
• Customer-focused in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• High school diploma plus customer service experience preferred.
• CDL or ability to obtain CDL preferred.
• Dependable, excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful, expeditious service to VIP customers.
• Safely ship and receive parts orders with high accuracy.
• Communicate back order status updates to customers.
• Partner with parts counter staff to expedite orders.
