Qualifications

• High school diploma plus customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift.
• Physically demanding work with standing, walking and picking for an 8‑hour day.
• CDL preferred and dependable with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to VIP customers.
• Safely ship and receive parts orders with accuracy.
• Advise customers on back order status and updates.
• Partner with parts counter staff to expedite orders.
