Job summary

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. in Medina, OH is hiring a Will Call Associate to be the face of our service counter and keep back‑of‑house operations running smoothly.

You will welcome contractors and customers, pull and stage products for pickup or delivery, and coordinate with sales to answer questions while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Weekly pay, a quarterly bonus program, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Proven experience combining both warehouse operations and direct customer service.
• Physical Readiness: High School Diploma/GED required. Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 80 lbs), wear steel-toe boots, and work comfortably in dynamic warehouse settings.
• Skillset: Strong attention to detail, solid phone etiquette, and a continuous-learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Top-Tier Service: Welcome local contractors and customers at the Will Call counter, ensuring they get the exact products and order details they need.
• Order Fulfillment & Staging: Pull, verify, and stage products for onsite pickups, route deliveries, and high-bay storage.
• Communication & Coordination: Work directly with sales reps and customers to resolve order questions, process cancellations/voids, and route phone calls using our multi-line system.
• Maintain Equipment & Space: Learn to operate a tow motor, maintain inventory organization, order supplies, and keep work zones clean and safe.
