You will handle in-person pickups, inventory tasks, and light warehouse duties while delivering friendly, solution-oriented service. Woodworking knowledge is a plus, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and previous customer service experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and Outlook proficiency.
• Punctuality is essential; reliability for customer care.
• Must multitask as the role pulls in multiple directions.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not mandatory.
• Familiarity with WMS/SAP for looking up customer information.
• Woodworking knowledge is helpful.
• Able to perform both warehouse duties and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at Will Call and look up their orders in the system.
• Assist customers in picking up orders and processing returns.
• Support warehouse picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• Contact customers by phone as needed and release orders.
• Conduct inventory counts to verify quantities and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and displays.
• Assist with unloading/display setup when needed.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicle.
