Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a Warehouse Customer Service Pickup Associate for our Vernon Hills distribution center. This full-time role handles will-call pickups, order lookups, and assisting customers in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and experience with SAP/WMS. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm CT, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Familiar with SAP or other WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the Will Call counter.
• Look up customer orders and prepare pickups.
• Assist with warehouse picking and packing as needed.
• Manage returns and process invoices.
• Maintain clean and organized display and will call area.
• Load orders into customers' vehicles when necessary.
