Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Will Call Coordinator in Springfield, MO to provide excellent customer service at the will call area and coordinate with warehouse and sales teams. You will select items, palletize orders and help ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

The role requires strong organization, interpersonal skills, and safety awareness, with opportunities to grow within the distribution network. Training is provided and a team environment is maintained.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months order selection or warehouse experience with pallet jack or forklift.
• Ability to follow safety policies and HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

• Select products accurately from pick slots and palletize for orders.
• Provide administrative support including verbal/written communication and data entry.
• Analyze and verify counts and labeling against shipping documents.
• Communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel positively and proactively.
• Support HACCP and food safety practices in daily tasks.
• Back up warehouse duties as needed (receiving, put-away, sanitation, loading).
