Responsibilities

• Assist customers to fulfill will call orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve order issues.
• Inspect product, quantities, and accuracy for deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of quantities pulled or stocked locations.
• Take corrective action for back orders or missing product.
• Ensure product is stored safely and located for counts and inventory control.
• Pull customer orders and verify alignment with specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of warehouse policies and inventory procedures.
• Enforce warehouse rules and keep area clean.
