Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and a valid forklift license are preferred. This full-time position emphasizes customer satisfaction and efficient service while contributing to company profitability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with customers clearly.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including MS Office and order systems.
• Experience handling cash, invoices, and vouchers with accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and ability to handle high call and in-person order volume.
• Must be able to operate forklift and maintain safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders at will call center via in person, phone, computer, or fax.
• Assist customers with loading product and selecting orders.
• Balance petty cash and daily vouchers; return cash to safe.
• Record customer interactions and resolve inquiries or complaints.
• Handle UPS orders and ensure timely packing and shipping.
