Job summary

Ben E. Keith is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Will Call to handle in-person and telephone orders, provide product information, and resolve customer inquiries in a fast-paced will-call environment.

The role requires knowledge of inventory items, order processing, and the ability to balance petty cash and invoices. A forklift license and high school diploma are preferred. You will be part of the Customer Service team reporting to the Receiving Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Customer relations experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Proficient data entry and basic math skills for invoicing and petty cash.
• Knowledge of order processing systems and common software suites.
• Must be familiar with keyboard and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter orders at the will call center in person or by phone, computer, or fax.
• Assist customers with loading product and selecting items for orders.
• Maintain petty cash, reconcile daily invoices, and balance vouchers.
• Record customer interactions and inquiries, and follow up for resolution.
• Handle high volume calls and in-person orders to support sales and service.
• Process Direct Mail Orders for shipment and manage packing steps.
