Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle phone orders and input them into our computer system. The role requires strong telephone communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic distribution environment.

Position Summary And Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative receives customer orders over the telephone and enters into the computer.

Education And/or Work Experience Requirements

• Data Entry and Computer Skills Required
• Previous Food service experience and food product knowledge a plus
• High School Diploma of G.E.D.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
