Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply is seeking a Will Call Associate for our RDC/Branch location. You will assist customers, manage tickets, and maintain a tidy, organized warehouse area while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Some warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be willing to interact with customers.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Must be willing to be certified on warehouse equipment.
• Good Computer skills.
• RF experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customers are taken care of in a timely manner.
• Ensure area is clean and neat.
• Clear out all tickets older than 5 days old.
• Maintain appearance, stock, and pricing on bargain rack.
• Remove items from bargain rack after 30 days.
• Responsible for customer traffic in warehouse.
• Ensure all customer service requirements are met, such as Quick Service, Professional Image and Respectful Communication.
• Make sure all returns are handled according to company policy.
• Ensure all cash transactions are handled correctly.
