Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is hiring a Wildlife Service Professional to perform wildlife exclusion and removal in customers’ homes and commercial properties. You’ll build lasting relationships, work independently in the field, and follow a structured service schedule with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationships: Build strong connections with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Wildlife Services: Provide wildlife exclusion services and animal removal at customer locations.
• Set up exclusion traps, cut flashing, and form hardware cloth to specifications.
• Work safely on rooftops and use a safety harness when needed.
• Perform basic repairs in areas damaged by animals using tools, sheet metal, and screening.
• Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding wildlife exclusion and removal.
• Service & Sales: Follow a service schedule within your assigned territory, ensuring safe and timely visits. Educate customers on wildlife services, and work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work, including handling company equipment and vehicles.
