Job summary

PEST END INC in Foxborough, MA seeks a Wildlife Sales & Service Technician to drive service revenue through lead management, prospecting, estimating, and closing, then perform the wildlife services sold. The role requires PAC licensing in MA, strong sales ability, and technical wildlife knowledge, with home base in a hybrid field setting.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, exclusion work, customer communication, and documenting all steps.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in wildlife control, pest control, carpentry, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to sell services (inside/outside sales, route-based sales, or commission-based selling experience preferred).
• Strong comfort with customer-facing responsibilities including presenting pricing and closing work.
• Comfortable working with ladders, rooftops, attics, crawlspaces, and tight spaces.
• Ability to safely operate power tools (drills, saws, etc.) independently.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Generate wildlife service revenue through lead management, prospecting, estimating, and closing.
• Perform wildlife services sold with safety, professionalism, and high-quality workmanship.
• Use humane control methods in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Seal entry points and perform exclusion work.
• Conduct attic/crawlspace cleanouts and remediation as trained.
• Operate ladders and power tools safely during jobs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support the Wildlife Team on non-sold services and larger wildlife projects as needed.
