Hawx Services, LLC is seeking a talented Specialty Sales & Service Professional in a hybrid role combining sales and service. You will close sales for specialty and traditional pest control services while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves communicating about insect biology, inspecting infestations, and generating revenue for the location while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to KPI’s around lead appointments, close rates, sales quota, sold to service, customer experience.
• Respond promptly to leads, follow up effectively and process sales through systems.
• Inspect and perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers with quality products.
• Enter/exit structures, crawl spaces, climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Deliver premier customer service to resolve pest issues.
• Read and interpret pesticide labels to mix products correctly.
• Record work activities and complete paperwork after services.
• Perform residential pest management routes with high service standards.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle and gas card.
• Address and alleviate customer concerns using integrated pest management strategies.
