Job summary

Critter Control Operations is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to exclude wildlife from properties and perform necessary repairs. The role requires a strong construction-related background, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to responsible nuisance wildlife management.

You will inspect properties, install exclusion materials, conduct repairs, and assist with reports and customer reviews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections of customers properties, including roofs and crawlspaces, to identify wildlife entry points.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Conduct minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other entry points.
• Utilize trapping and relocation techniques to safely remove wildlife.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
• Provide detailed reports and review scope of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
