Job summary

Critter Control Operations seeks a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to inspect properties, install exclusion barriers, and perform minor repairs. The role involves safe wildlife removal and detailed service reporting for residential and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, roofing or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently and solve problems.
• Proficiency with software; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install exclusion materials to prevent wildlife access and perform minor repairs.
• Use trapping and relocation techniques safely and maintain records.
• Provide detailed reports and coordinate with sales and service teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
