Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service, part of Rollins, Inc., seeks a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician in Massachusetts. You will perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation for residential and commercial properties, identifying entry points and applying humane prevention solutions.

You’ll inspect roofs, attics, and crawlspaces, install barriers, complete minor repairs, and document work. A valid driver’s license and construction-related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials and barrier systems.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other areas.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane methods and follow regulations.
• Maintain documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide detailed reports and review scopes of work with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and recommendations.
