Job summary

Rollins, Inc. (Critter Control) is seeking a Wildlife Exclusion/Repair Service Technician to perform hands-on exclusion, repair, and remediation services for residential and commercial properties.

You will identify entry points, complete structural repairs, and implement humane wildlife prevention solutions while following safety and quality guidelines. The role requires field work, driving to diverse locations, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish and English speakers encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, or related fields.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior property inspections to identify wildlife entry points and vulnerabilities.
• Install preventative exclusion materials such as screens, chimney caps, vent covers, and barriers.
• Complete minor repairs to roofs, siding, foundations, and other structures.
• Safely remove wildlife using humane trapping and relocation methods.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, materials, and customer interactions.
• Provide clear reports and review scopes of work with customers.
