Job summary

Critter Control in Durham, NC is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team delivering humane wildlife management for homes and businesses. You will protect people and property while providing friendly, professional service.

No experience required; bilingual Spanish and English are encouraged, and a valid driver’s license is needed. You’ll inspect, remove wildlife, install exclusions, and maintain equipment, all while focusing on safety and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with various software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers.
• Inspect properties for wildlife damage.
• Remove nuisance wildlife.
• Perform exclusion work to prevent reentry.
• Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
• Prioritize safety in all tasks.
