Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife damage through exclusion, trapping, and removal for residential and commercial customers.

You will inspect homes, explain solutions to customers, and schedule and run services. A company vehicle is provided, with benefits and a strong team culture that values safety and quality work.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• Possess current Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance including wearing an approved Arrow uniform.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair wildlife-related damage.
• Inspect customers' homes to locate issues and sources.
• Explain recommended solutions and next steps to customers.
• Collect payment due at service completion and propose additional services.
• Schedule and run your own wildlife control services.
