Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Wildlife Specialists to visit customers and deliver pest control services addressing wildlife challenges and ensuring high value and satisfaction.

You will perform exclusion and removal tasks, inspect properties, and build strong relationships with clients while adhering to safety standards and vehicle responsibilities. This is a full-time field role with growth opportunities within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Experience with ladder and/or harness work.
• Understanding of different construction types.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized, punctual and able to lead others.
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
