Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Wildlife Specialists to visit customers and deliver a full range of pest-control services, from inspections and trapping to light carpentry, working at rooftops and crawl spaces.

You will assess needs, measure satisfaction, and build relationships with residential and commercial clients. The role requires 6 months of construction-related experience, strong customer service, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Experience with ladder or harness work.
• Understanding of different construction types.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and punctual.
• Ability to lead others and pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain licenses/certificates as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers including inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry, and crawl space work.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and propose solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships and operate/maintain service vehicle and equipment.
