Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking Wildlife Specialists to provide a full range of pest control services, including exclusion, trapping, and crawl space work, to protect customers’ homes and businesses.

The role requires 6 months of construction-related experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work from ladders and harnesses. A valid driver’s license and license/certificate maintenance are required, with benefits starting day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months related construction experience is required.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Previous ladder and/or harness work experience.
• Understanding of different construction types is required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized and punctual.
• Ability to lead others.
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Performs exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers using inspections, trapping, baiting, light carpentry, and crawl space work.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
