Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking Wildlife Specialists to visit customers and deliver comprehensive pest control services. You will assess needs, perform exclusions, and provide safe, effective solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Ideal candidates have construction exposure, strong customer service experience, and the ability to work with traps and ladders. A valid driver’s license and willingness to obtain required licenses are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months related construction experience preferred.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Previous ladder and/or harness work experience.
• Understanding of different construction types preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized and punctual.
• Ability to lead others.

Responsibilities

• Perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial clients.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships with customers.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment; handle ladders, traps, and safety gear.
