Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S.).
• At least 1 year of service delivery experience.
• 1 year of wildfire or emergency management experience.
• Proven software competency with MS Office, Google Earth, and resource management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performance management by coordinating workflows and communications.
• Track and analyze service delivery metrics to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Maintain client and internal dashboards and provide insights.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Train seasonal and field employees and support special projects.
