Dudek is seeking a mid- to senior-level Wildfire Resilience Planner in California, hybrid/remote, full-time. You will lead multidisciplinary wildfire risk projects, prepare CWPPs, WRAs, and VMPs, and manage scopes, budgets, and client communications.

Travel to project sites across California may be required. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in wildfire resilience planning, strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to mentor staff.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in wildfire resilience, community planning, hazard mitigation, or related field.
• Experience leading CWPPs and plan documents (WRAs, VMPs, etc.).
• Proven project management across scopes, schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Experience pursuing RFPs and developing proposals with technical approaches and staffing.

• Lead CWPPs, WRAs, and VMPs and other wildfire planning documents.
• Develop project approaches, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor opportunities; lead capture planning, proposals, interviews, and negotiations.
• Serve as project manager and primary client contact for scope, budget, and delivery.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with agencies and clients.
