Job summary

National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) Rocky Mountain program seeks a Program Supervisor to lead field staff, uphold program quality, and deliver exceptional student experiences in lander-based courses. Responsibilities

• Support field faculty in delivering exceptional student experiences with growth-oriented briefings, curriculum resources, debriefings, and evaluations.
• Facilitate conversations within instructor teams to support success in team function.
• Provide instructor evaluations and recommendations for promotion or demotion.
• Educate instructors regarding schoolwide communications and initiatives.
• May act as a field instructor or evacuation coordinator when needed.
