As a NOLS Teton Valley Program Supervisor, you will work as part of the Teton Valley program team to supervise field faculty, ensure program quality, and promote high-quality educational experiences for all Teton Valley - hiking, summer field courses. You will provide instructor teams with curriculum, route, and risk management support, facilitate conversations within instructor teams, give feedback, evaluate performance, and mentor career development for field staff. You will also hold the evacuation phone on a rotating basis. As the Teton Valley has a robust summer season and a small staff, you will be asked to assist with other departments as available/needed.
