RUCKUS Networks, a CommScope business, is looking for a talented Wi-Fi Design Engineer to design, model, and optimize high-performance wireless networks as part of our Professional Services Team. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle—from pre-sales consultation to post-sales support—ensuring reliable and scalable solutions. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help shape designs, drive system improvements, and solve complex connectivity challenges. Our salary ranges consider various factors including benchmarking, skill sets, experience, education, geography, and business needs. The expected total compensation for this role is $135,600.00–$176,200.00, depending on experience.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and participation in the Incentive Plan, along with paid holidays, vacation, and other leave options.
