Job summary

GSP Companies is seeking a Wide-Format Print Production Technician to operate two or more wide-format digital presses, verify work orders, and tweak for quality. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cross-training across departments in a fast-paced production environment.

You will work weekends/overtime as required and use color guides and densitometers to ensure color accuracy across retail display projects. Training opportunities and competitive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ months of Machine Operator experience preferred.
• Comfort with Machine Setups for Production Runs.
• English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime when required.
• Safety-first mindset and adherence to all safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a minimum of two wide-format digital press types, following specs and completing daily/weekly paperwork.
• Verify each work order and perform press-standard tweaks to maintain quality targets.
• Aim to meet or exceed efficiency goals; ensure print assistant and QCI follow procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized workflows and press area; follow color measurement standards (PMS/densitometer).
• Cross-train in at least one additional department as needed.
