Job summary

Print NW in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Wide Format Press Operator to set up and run wide format digital printers and produce signage and graphics. You will load media, adjust settings, align artwork, and ensure color accuracy. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience operating wide format presses and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, onsite with competitive pay and benefits, plus ongoing training and supply of modern equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain wide format printers to produce signs, banners, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and other large-scale products.
• Set up print jobs according to job tickets, loading media, adjusting print settings, and verifying artwork alignment.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and correct sizing before finishing.
• Perform regular maintenance on printers and troubleshoot basic issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Assist with finishing tasks such as trimming, laminating, and packaging as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

WIDE FORMAT PRESS OPERATOR

Department: Wide Format

Position Status: Full Time, Hourly

Position Location: Onsite

Salary: $22 - $25 Depending on Experience

About The Position

As a Wide Format Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating wide format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality graphics, signage, and display materials.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain wide format printers (Vutek, Anapurna, Epson) to produce signs, banners, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and other large-scale products.
• Set up print jobs according to job tickets, including loading media, adjusting print settings, and verifying artwork alignment.
• Inspect all printed materials for quality, color accuracy, and correct sizing before moving jobs to the finishing stage.
• Perform regular maintenance on printers and troubleshoot basic equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Assist with finishing tasks such as trimming, laminating, and packaging when needed.
• Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
