PROJECT MANAGER

Position Status: Full Time, Hourly

Position Location: Onsite

Salary: $25 to $30 Depending on Experience

ABOUT THE POSITION

A Project Manager at Print NW oversees projects from beginning to end and serves as a key link between customers, Sales Representatives, and Production teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met


• Work closely with Sales and customers to understand project requirements and expectations


• Coordinate with Production to ensure projects move smoothly through the manufacturing process


• Track project details, schedules, and information using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs


• Keep customers and Sales Representatives informed of project status and respond to questions


• Send and obtain approval on proofs before production


• Identify potential issues early and communicate solutions


• Maintain accurate project information and documentation


• Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Related Experience:

• Previous commercial printing experience is required


• Previous project management, customer service, or production coordination experience preferred

Required Competencies:

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing data, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking project information


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and OneNote


• High level of accuracy, exceptional organization skills, and attention to detail


• Reliable attendance, excellent communication skills, and being a team player


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Physical Demands:

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and other computer-related tasks


• Extended periods of sitting while working at a computer workstation


• Periodic standing and walking to engage with team members and collaborate across departments


• Occasionally required to lift and move materials, products samples, or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
