Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field is required.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience; 5 years preferred.
• Prior management experience including supervision and staff development.
• Experience with program coordination and community partnerships.
• Administrative or grant management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily WIC clinic operations, staff scheduling, service monitoring, and program evaluation.
• Ensure high-quality nutrition education services and monitor performance.

WIC Program ManagerPosition SummaryMidcoast Maine Community Action (MMCA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced WIC Program Manager to lead the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, with responsibility for the overall administration, leadership, and management of the program to ensure high-quality services are delivered in compliance with federal and state regulations.
