Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics Management or similar degree.
• Registered Dietitian with Ohio license (American Dietetic Association/CDR).
• Progressive WIC program experience; lead nutritionist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WIC personnel: hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Coordinate onboarding and staff development; establish workflows and performance standards.
• Manage WIC grant, budget, nutrition education, breastfeeding, outreach, and related services.
